During the last four days, Valencia has been the world´s capital of eSports and digital culture, one of the world´s largest digital festival has taken place in our city, DreamHack, and Futuresco Games has been there.
We arrived to Valencia Fair on thrusday morning, it was plenty of people all over the world at the main entrace organized in long lines, most of them with big luggage keeping clothes for several days (many gamers spend the nights in a pavilion enabled for them) and computers, devices etc. to play and compite against each others gamers.
The space was divided into several areas, the most popular is the LAN area where gamers play againts each other local or internet gamers, in a free mode gaming, The eSports area, where take place the official tournment of some very known games (like League of legends, Call of duty, StarCraft II, Counter Strike etc.), The Expo area, where the most innovative companys show their latest releases. And finally the DreamStore, where people can buy all kind of equiments, from all the major brands, for enjoying videogames

We are very happy to have had the opportunity of knowing a lot of people that are somehow connected to the world of videogaming. Most of the time we were at the Expo area, where we contacted to many professional of videogaming in their stands.
We also lived new experiences, we saw professiional gamers tournaments online and their supporters like a real sport game, we tested new technology such as the Oculus VR, a new virtual reality headset device designed for immersive gaming, cosplays etc.

We also atended to some lectures given by ESAT, some of their students presented their final career projects:
"Rules of Mafia", "Ninpo" and "Unnamed 101" (currently on Kickstarter). We were very impressive about the great quality of these projects. After the lectures we were talking to the artists and programmers of these projects and we share opinions about different matters such as the present of videogame industry, development frameworks, means of financial etc.
