Futuresco Games is currently setting up a crowdfunding campaign to help the release of the game "Coco" and to be able porting it to more platforms.

"Coco". It is a puzzle style game based on the mazes´s classical video games, with a funny cartoon-gothic graphic style that remind us to video games like Pacman.

Its major attraction is that Coco is the first video game with ChromaDepth technology (we have not found any other like this up to now, apart from our public demo of Nagual).It has a surprising visualization with optional 3D, without the need for additional hardware, only with a special glasses that we can send to you.

Coco it's aimed at PC´s and tablets, but depending on the result of the campaign we will port it to other platforms.

You play Coco, a young spirit trapped on his fears, your mission is guiding Coco to find the gate towards the freedom. But take care, many dangers will await you: different types of enemies, transporters, secret doors, sliding blocks...
Reach the exit and escape!

The aim of the game is to reach the exit door in each screen, in some screens the exit door is already visible and in others you must collect the minicocos to get the door. The difficulty increases as you advance to new levels, new elements will appear in order to avoid Coco reach each door and you will need to combine hability and estrategy to overcome all the challenges. Use properly the powerups that you will find in your way.
You will control Coco both with touchscreen or mouse. 
The game is especially recommended for playing in tablets and desktop computers, you will get lots of fun and entertainment :-)

• ChromaDepth displaying system: Put your ChromaDepth glasses on and enjoy of a 3D visualization that will transport you to the Coco´s world. 
Yes!, without extra hardware!. And if you don´t have any ChromaDepth glasses you can also play Coco in 2D mode
• Touchscreen or mouse control system
• At least 40 levels that will surprise you for its originality and increasing difficulty
• Two different initial difficulty levels, Normal and Inferno
• Graphic restyling, new scenarios and character's designs
• Great gameplay elements and powerups
• First release for PC-Windows and Windows tablets (first step goal)
• Enjoy the soundtrack remake 
• Score system

Estimated release date:  4Q 2013 - 1Q 2014 (Depending on the funding goals result)
Platforms: Initially for Windows PC and tablets (but depending on the funding goals reached in the campaign we would extend it to MAC and linux computers and tablets Android and iPAD)

The campaign will be set live on 11th of September through Indiegogo platform (www.indiegogo.com)
It is posible to contribute to make this amazing project happen across several rewards. From only $1 appear in the credits, get the download version for only $4, and many other rewards...
Our first goal is to get $4.000, but we will publish more funding goals which includes many other  features.

Hubo un tiempo en que un puñado de pixeles te trasladaba a lugares llenos de nuevos mitos y leyendas. Historias sencillas llenas de coloridos y chillones héroes que desafían toda lógica humana. Cabezas de pizza comedores de cocos, fontaneros aguerridos, invasores abstractos y formas multicolores sin pies ni cabeza. No había mucho que rascar en cuanto a narrativa o realismo visual, con poco se hacía mucho y con mucho sudor se ganaban las batallas.

Esos días se fueron pero queda su esencia en lo profundo de muchos corazones, se recuperan viejas formulas y se formulan nuevas formas de diversión que beben de fuentes de maná resplandeciente cuadriculado.

Pero celebremos que todo concluye para renacer en una nueva forma, se puede parar y mirar la vista atrás con nostalgia, aprender y seguir adelante para disfrutar de nuestra pasión por la vida como niños que somos delante de nuestros maravillosos cacharros.

¡Viva la sangre nueva enchufada de pixeles en vena!

Pedro has been working on the design of the sprites of Nagual, I would like to share with all you our very firsts drawings of the main characters and other icons. Some of them will change for sure, these drawings were a first approach to the desired result.

Esta sencilla pregunta, ofreciendo unas gafas para verlo en 3D, era una garantía de sorpresa para el que se las ponía, así como un motivo de alegría para nosotros, Futuresco Games: Franky, Mannix, Quim, Caliq y servidor, Upatseb.

Estuvimos allí, en Retro Madrid 2013, fuimos como público, con tarjetas hechas el día anterior (gracias Paco Vilella "Franky") y con un PC minúsculo, por si había que enseñar el juego. El sábado por la mañana estuvimos alucinando, como buenos amantes de los juegos, con lo allí expuesto, así como conociendo a gente del mundillo y haciendo buenos amigos.

Por la tarde, la zona de competiciones quedo vacía, cansados, nos sentamos junto a esa solicitada golosina en forma de recreativa de Maldita Castilla, enseñamos a varios curiosos nuestro juego, primeras buenas impresiones.

Pero lo mejor estaba por llegar, al día siguiente hablamos con la organización y nos ceden un hueco. Ingentes cantidades de gente pasan por delante, se acercan a mirar y les ofrecemos las gafas de Chroma Depth de American Paper Optics, incredulidad por lo que ven, se quitan las gafas y se sigue viendo bien... ¿como lo hacen?, ¿magia tal vez?. No, la diosa de Nagual no obra el milagro, es la novedosa técnica y el buen hacer de Pedro Orts "Mannix" , nuestro maestro en gráficos.

Satisfacción, alegría, sonrisas en las miradas de la gente, bonitas palabras, el mejor premio que podemos recibir por nuestro esfuerzo y alma puestos en este proyecto, que ya empieza a ser de quien tiene que ser: de los jugadores.

Volvemos cansados pero ilusionados, atrás quedan grandes personas a las que agradecerles su pasión por los pixeles, su ayuda y apoyo: Vintagenarios, mundo del spectrum, ParlaBytes y cima de los vientos, Alejandro Valdezate, Rafael Corrales y organizadores del Retro Madrid, American Paper Optics, etc... gracias de corazón.
